



This group class held Thursdays from 5:30-6:45 at The Newtown Wellness Collective offers a mindful, dynamic flow using the breath to create a smooth, steady rhythm and encourage a calm, focused state of attention—supporting ease of movement and a sense of presence.
Each Session includes:
Grounding and centering through posture awareness and mindful breathwork
Spinal mobility conditioning to release tension and improve flexibility
Thoughtful sequencing designed to build strength, coordination, and focus
Clear cues, options and modifications that are accessible and supportive for a range of bodies and experience levels.

Private one-on-one sessions at The Newtown Wellness Collective are collaborative, restorative, and tailored to each individual’s needs, creating an experience of being met, rather than adjusted. A full 50-minute session addresses both lower and upper body; 25 minute sessions can be tailored to specific areas or an abbreviated full-body stretch.
Clients remain clothed and are guided through assisted stretches with clear communication, consent, and breath cues throughout, using straps, bolsters, and appropriate hands-on assistance.

Integration of breath work, somatic awareness and relaxation
